October Art Hour: Journaling
Let go of perfectionism and having to know.
I will be sharing different journaling prompts to write from to explore your inner mind.
This is a safe space to trust yourself, discover yourself, connect with yourself, and learn something new.
Writing helps:

Materials needed:
-a journal, notebook, or paper to write on
-a pen
-markers are optional

How it works: We’ll begin with a short meditation to get grounded and centered. I’ll then lead a creative project using materials you have around the house or are easy to find. Finally, we’ll conclude with an opportunity to share and reflect on the experience.
Making art is a form of self-care. Art Hour allows you to make something of your own while sharing virtual space with others. Art Hour is designed for those who say “I’m not creative”. This is a safe space to explore your creativity free from judgment and negative self-talk.
