January Art Hour: What’s Your Word?
For many people, a new years resolution is a way to show up and call in a new way of being in a new year. For others picking a "word of the year" allows for intention and focus.
At January Art Hour you'll pick a word to represent what you'd like to call in or how you'd like to feel in 2022. We will spend the hour turning this word into a piece of artwork so you can look at it every day and remember how you want to show up in this new year.
You will leave the evening with a piece of original art that reflects on the year that was and what's to come.
example words: FOCUS, ABUNDANCE, FORGIVENESS, MAGIC, YES etc.
I invite you to take time prior to Art Hour to think about some words that might work well for you. Check out this article for 5 helpful tips for choosing your word.

How it works: We’ll begin with a short meditation to get grounded and centered. I’ll then lead a creative project using materials you have around the house or are easy to find. Finally, we’ll conclude with an opportunity to share and reflect on the experience.
