Journaling has become a daily practice for me this year and I want to share the therapeutic practice with you.
If you are feeling challenging emotions or have a hard time making yourself a priority this is a great opportunity to show up for yourself and practice gratitude. Writing is a great way to process your current mindset, move through stress and anxiety, and develop new ideas.
I will lead various journaling prompts for you to connect with yourself and practice gratitude. You are also welcome to use the hour as you see fit for you.
This is a safe and sacred space to come together with others and explore your inner world. Sharing will be limited.
